Hi. I am Nicolas.

I am a physicist with a strong focus on analytical methods and profound experience in academia and industry. I hold a PhD in theoretical physics. During my time at FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg I worked in quantum field theory and wrote publications on its applications in solid state physics. Over the past years, I successfully established industrial R&D projects and built the basis for the present and future business. My experience in detail:

• Manage projects in responsibility for budget as well as internal and external work processes
• Guide and sucessfully implement R&D activities in multinational consortia with more than 20 stakeholders
• Analyse status quo, identify strategically relevant technologies and define tailored projects
• Demonstrate capabilities in operational scenarios

In my spare time I like to explore remote places and enjoy outdoor sports. I am a passionate sailplane pilot and share my experience as a flight instructor.
